In a day and age when everything lastsa minute and being disposable is a way oflife, it is nice to know that some thingsendure. From her workshop in Israel, Sharon Chandally (a native New Yorker) honors her ancestors every day in creating her filigreepieces.
Now here is an idea. Let your inner boldness shine bright this holiday season with some fab new earrings. Psst… no need to hold back because we won’t tell. All are in stock and ready to ship.
Domenico was introduced to me through an Italian Embassy Program showcasing the beautiful products of the Molise region of Italy, his hometown. We added his collection to the Mia Gemma Gallery in January, 2020 and then Covid hit and changed all of our trajectories. We are happy to have Domenico’s work with us once again, created in Italy just for us.
I first met Lene Vibe at a fine jewelry showin NYC and was profoundly impressed by her creativity, originality, and technical talent.I knew that instant that I wanted to bringher work to Mia Gemma Gallery for my clients.
Sometimes it is best to give an artist total freedom in the design process. I asked Anna Lorak of Lorak Designs to create a ring for me using this milky, mysterious opal and sparkly red sapphires.
The rich and glorious colors of enamel jewelry make it fun, vibrant, and utterly wearable. The high gloss finish, the mosaic like designs, and the highly saturated colors have a way of lifting our spirits and soothing our souls.
Old world charm and modern sensibilities: Achieving synergy between these two diverse aesthetics is not easy, but Sharon Chandally, our newest artist, does it with grace and finesse.
It’s not every day that we see an 8.6 carat emerald cabochon so we were a bit giddy this beauty was included in our Virtual Gem Roundtable event.
Spring free with color!
I first started working with Randi more than 15 years
ago. From the start, her interesting, crocheted silver
and gold pieces captured the imagination of our
clients.
