A Ring for Their Growing Family

A husband called us with a wonderful idea.

His second child was about to be born, and his wedding anniversary was approaching. He wanted to surprise his wife with a ring that celebrated both occasions.

“I know she likes sparkle,” he told us. “I want a show stopper!”

Although he had been considering Harry Winston and Tiffany & Co., he decided to call Mia Gemma before making a decision.

He shared the birthdays of each family member, and together we selected four gemstones to represent them: citrine, sapphire, blue zircon and pink tourmaline.

Once he approved the gemstones, we created a CAD that surrounded the colorful family birthstones with sparkling white diamonds, all set in warm 14K yellow gold.

The finished ring was vibrant, elegant and deeply personal.

He presented it to his wife while she was still in the hospital after the birth of their second child.

She was completely surprised. And completely thrilled!

The most meaningful jewelry doesn’t simply celebrate a moment.
